1. Sponsor

This sweepstakes is organized by MAX (“Sponsor”), located at 105 Mc Intosh Bluff Rd, Fairhope, Alabama, 36532.

2. Eligibility

Open only to legal residents of the State of Alabama, United States, who are at least 18 years old at the time of entry. Void outside Alabama and where prohibited by law.

3. Sweepstakes Period

The sweepstakes begins on April 30, 2026, and ends on May 8, 2026, at 11:59 PM (Central Time) (“Sweepstakes Period”).

4. How to Enter

To enter:

  • Follow the Sponsor’s Instagram / Facebook account
  • Like the sweepstakes post
  • Comment on the post

Limit one (1) entry per person. Multiple entries may be disqualified.

No purchase is necessary to enter or win.

5. Prize

Five (5) winners will each receive:

  • One (1) chocolate fondant dessert (“fondant au chocolat Max”)

Approximate Retail Value (ARV): [$8]

Prize is non-transferable and no substitution will be made except as provided herein at the Sponsor’s sole discretion.

6. Winner Selection and Notification

Winners will be selected in a random drawing conducted within 3 days after the end of the Sweepstakes Period.

Winners will be notified via Instagram direct message. If a winner does not respond within 48 hours, an alternate winner may be selected.

Prizes may be picked up on Saturday, May 9: either at the Mobile farmers' market—"Market in the Park" at Cathedral Square (300 Conti St, Mobile, AL 36602) from 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM—or in the afternoon in Fairhope at 105 McIntosh Bluff Rd, Fairhope, Alabama 36532; alternatively, they may be picked up on Sunday morning, May 10, between 10:00 AM and 12:00 PM at the Mobile Bay farmers market, corner of Twin Beech Rd and Section St, Fairhope, Alabama.

7. Publicity Release

By entering, participants agree that the Sponsor may use their name, Instagram handle, and likeness for promotional purposes without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.

8. General Conditions

Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the sweepstakes if any fraud or technical failure compromises the integrity of the sweepstakes.

By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless the Sponsor from any liability related to participation or prize use.

9. Tax

Winners are responsible for any applicable federal, state, or local taxes.

10. Instagram Disclaimer

This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram. By entering, you release Instagram from any responsibility.

11. Privacy

Any personal information collected will be used solely for the administration of this sweepstakes.
